Simple living, when done intentionally, can most definitely create more wellness, more abundance, more joy in our everyday lives.
For me, simple living means mindfully being present in each moment, with every breath.
It’s about taking pauses – not just during times of excess stress but also throughout my everyday.
Sitting comfortably on the sofa or outside or on my bed, turning off all the external noises – music, TV – and just being. Being present with only the sounds of nature. And sometimes the fan above my head.
Living simply means being aware of all that is happening while also knowing I can only do so much.
Living simply means letting go of that which I no longer need. (the first step in tapping into your inherent harmony!)
Living simply means making choices that support me in living my ONE beautiful life, for the benefit of all.
